The residence is fully accessible, with lift access, and is ideal for people with reduced mobility or long-term health conditions, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease. International clients and their families need not worry about language barriers - our staff speak Czech, English, and German, ensuring clear and welcoming communication at all t imes.

Personalised Care & Medical Support

Our professional nurses and caregivers provide 24/7 personalised care, including help with hygiene, mobility, meals, and medication. Medical support is available on-site, with regular visits from doctors and specialist oversight. Care plans are tailored to each resident’s needs and reviewed regularly.

• Option to add personal furniture and decorations

Shared spaces include a café, dining room, cosy lounges, and a spacious garden. Plans are in place to add a wellness zone with a salt cave, aromatherapy, hydromassage, and light
therapy.

Residents enjoy five freshly prepared meals daily, with dietary adjustments available as needed. A hydration programme supports health and well-being. Daily activities encourage engagement and enjoyment:
